Heyy guys,
more than two weeks after my last post, I am writing the last one for the near future. :D I am really sorry that I dont write more often, but well. Can't change it.

So what happened? Not much. I stayed home the entire weeks and did some work. The boys weren't home for both week-ends and well, I spend my time iwth Antonia. More or less. There were some friends of her over and we had a little brunch party. Gemma and Adrian came over, Antonia went to town and visited some friends. Oh well. Somehow we've made it and the boys came back home yesterday night/ this morning.

I had exams this week. On Monday my Homec exam during normal classtime. Same with Art exam on Tuesday. Should both be allright but not awesome. Tuesday was Susanne's last proper school day. we had assembly on Tuesday as well because it wa sthe Grade 11's last school day. Suse got a teddy bear from the senior coordinator with best wishes from the staff and students of North High. Every friend of her signed it and of course wrote a little sentence. I wrote a whole book over the head and in the ears of the teddy. Well, I have to show my special German connection to the other German somehow, huh?
We also had a little International's party in the first break with pizza and cake and soft drinks and photos and a good-bye-photobook with pictures of Australian landscape in it from the international-student-soordinator of our school. (: In English, we just had a big party and played games and talked and listened to music and WOW, I actually found one of the songs I was looking for since.. I don't know when.

Heeeere, we go. Sorry for all the people who don't like electronic music. ^.^
And then in the second break, I had a final camp group meeting for the Grade 11 camp next week. We've got our black shirts with our logo on it. Looks good. (:

And today I had my first proper exam day for this term. Was allright but last term was more fun somehow. Marine exam was easy and Chemestry.. oh well. We'll see. But I'm sure that I won't fail at least. :D
And I've got the card from the blood donation today. They REALLY try to make u feel special. ^.^ But I like the little card. And I am blood group O. And I have non really serious diseases. That's good.

And yeah, that's about it. Have Maths exam tomorrow and then I gonna sleep over at some friends places. I gonna go shopping for camp next week and probably to the movies. And then on Sunday is Suse's good-bye-party. (: And then I have Grade 11 camp next week from Tuesday to Friday and then I gonna go to Airlie beach (whereever THAT is) with Susanne and her hostmum. Looking really forward to it! But that might lead to another week without a post. I have too much happening! BUT after that, I have holidays. And heaps of time. Sooo... don't worry, I gonna tell us everything! (:

See ya soon!

Blood donation

Heyy everybody!

It didn't happen that much since the last time I wrote. I slept over at Susanne's place from Thursday to Friday, Thursday we went to late night and Friday was Rainbow day in school. Depending on which grade you are in, you should have worn a special colour. Grade 11's was orange (such an stupid colour, who has
orange? Well, luckily I did.^.^) In the first break, we formed a huge rainbow with all the students of our school and took a photo.
Adrian and Gemma moved out on Friday last week. Even I was surprised, because it was like BUM! and they were gone. :D But yeah, it  doesn't really bother me.
Last weekend, Susanne was over and we went all together to the Drags for the last time in this year. It gets too hot now, even this race was already at night time Was good but, Susanne and I made friends with a random boy sitting next to us. The rest of the time she was here, I worked on my asssignment and I actually even finished the maths one (after hours of frustration). Susanne was on facebook or trying to work as well or helping me with my questions. :D
Well, I think the whole working thing was all right for once, but not for more often.

New bus card!
This week, nothing special happened. It was just the first week, my hostbrother and hostdad were working and Gemma and Adrian didn't lived at home anymore. So mainly, Antonia and I were alone at home. Because I am now often at home before her ('cause of the bus), I use the time to listen to loud music and to try to dance a little. Worked well last week. (: On Tuesday, I walked to Mount Pleasant after school and from there to Spotlight (an australian store) to buy buttons and dye for my home economic assignment. Antonia picked me up from there and we
Banana bread upside down.
went and bought me a BUS CARD! Unbelievable! It is SO much easier and I feel so cool now with my bus card, insane! On Wednesday night, I was alone at home. Antonia went to some friends after work and I baked a banana bread (Yum!) and had 2-minutes-nuddles for diner. Was all right. I just went really early to bed because I felt a little sick... Friday, I left school to go to the blood donation station in hospital in Mackay. Three other Grade 11 went with me and we all gave blood togtehr (yey!). OMG, it was way better than I had expected! All the ladies were so nice and everything got explained to me and they asked me about 8 times if I had any questions and everything. We had to fill out once more about 10 form, but okay. The atmosphere was really nice and they actually made us to eat and drink and the things to choose from were awesome!
Me, donating blood for first time.
Muffins, buiscits, toast, sausage rolls, sweets, chips, cold drinks, hot drinks, coloured drinks, and you were allowed to eat and to drink as much as you wanted. I had a very nice lady who leaded me through the whole donation proccess. I talked with her about exchanges and Germany, she actually had friends in Germany! Well anyway, she had to test my blood if my iron level was high enough. For this reason, she picked me in the finger like the diabetics have to do it all the time to test their values. It hurt, but I managed the whole thing very well. All good, my iron level was really good (awesome. :D). It was the same lady who inserted the needle in my arm, it actually REALLY hurt but I didn't cry (Not at all. Not even nearly..) and I hadn't any problems (I am SO freaking proud of myself! Unbelievable!). They took about 500 ml from me in 08.13 minutes (she told me the time) and then they gave me more food and I stayed another couple of minutes to make sure that my body proccesed the first shock well. All good, I got really really tired about 2 hours after the donation but that was about it. No bruise, no nothing. I will receive a
Have u ever hold your own blood in your hand?
registration card soon with my official number, name and blood group (They analyse my blood groupe and test me for HIV and whatever and whatever and tell me hopefully the results. So after, I know if I am really sick or not. Well, I am not. But it's good to get it proved.) And yes, I will go at least one more time (to get hopefully my little button with my blood group symbol on it) and then we'll see if I feel like going again. (:
Friday after school I went with Carissa. First she had to work in Mount Pleasant and I went to the library to do some work. We got picked up by her dad and went home, to her house. I met her mum and her two sibblings, the dog, cat and birds and had a really nice diner there. Carissa and I watched movies for the whole evening. ^.^ We woke up at 6 am because we slept in the living room and her mum stood up at 6 am to make heaps of noises. Yeah. But well. We went to the beach with the dog and had showers and went to Canelands to buy Carissa a new dress for an event next week. I got picked up by Peter and his girlfriend Bianca and well, now I'm home. I had a really nice weekend until now, but now I have to do some work for school (I'm running out of time!!! :O) and I am TIIIIIRED. Ô.o

Write to you soon!

Camping trip!

Heyy everybody!
The car, still clean
I'm back! Well, actually I'm already back since one week but I couldn't find the time and especially the mood to write a post. But I thought, Kathi, now or never. And I already had a really bad feeling because I didn't tell you anything.
Well, on Friday night we left home and drove the night through to Mareeba. That are about 10 hours, but it was all right. I slept in the
Our home, mine is the green long thing (I changed my tent..!)
car as good as possible. We had breaki at McDonald in Mareeba at 7 am and visited Antonia's mum afterwards. She is living in an old-people-home and I really like her. Even if she only speaks italian and Antonia had to translate everything (but not only to me, to the whole family). She is a very happy and laughts all the time. ^.^
Later we visited Antonia's dad who is still living on their farm. And Antonia's two brothers live in the houses next to the farm, so they can work there and everything. It's nice there. (:
After all that we drove to our first stop, a property of a friend of the family in the middle of the rainforest. It was a cute a little spot and I was sooo fascinated by the rain forest... it's just magic! (even if I saw only the little bits next to the streets of course) I had a bath in the creek there and yes, I was
totally naked and even washed my hair a little... that was a really cool experience. Even if I wet my trousers when I tried to put clothes on again without standing in the mud next to the creek...
The next day we met all the other families. All together, we were: Antonia, Wade and me in our car, Peter and Misty (his female friend he met only because of this trip, he wanted a codriver) in Peter's car with the little tini (a tiny boat) on the top of it, Peter's mate Azza and his girlfriend Amanda in
Azza's car, the friend's of our family, Linda, her husband Brandon and their daughter in my age and the brother of Brandon with his wife. And then we made our trip up to the top. First we drove longer in the rain forest but after a short while we changed into bush land for the rest of the trip (I'm SO over it now. Ô.o). Our technique was to drive from one camping spot to the other and camp there for one night. Then we had breakfast, packed everything together, drove, packed everything up again and had diner. That was it for the main part of the trip. REALLY annoying and hard work. That was probably the thing
that recked the whole trip a little. Ô.o But well, I enjoyned the few times we stayed two or even three nights at one spot. They were relaxed and sometimes even a little boring. We stayed very often next to the beach but could go into the sea, because of the crocs. And well, what is there else to do? Just sitting around and sweating. :D
But the nighttime was always pretty good. We had diner and music
Rainforest :o
and we sat all together and had a good time. That was also the time when everybody started drinking and became funny. :D Hilarous!
And well, all together I can say it was good. Especially because I feel much closer to my family now than what I did before the trip. WAY closer, and that is all what counts, huh? I talk more in the family and I feel better. (:
The thing with Misty didn't work out in the end. Probably because he was looking for a girlfriend and Misty only wanted to be friends. But well,
Isn't it puzzling? ^.^
whatever. ^.^
And now it's time that I tell you some of the awesome things we've done on this trip. We've camped with crocodiles (and I've actually really seen some in the water.. without a fence or anything between us..) and we've got photos with the sign at the really tip of the australian continent. We've camped at this one beach just in the night when the little turtles hatched. We've found them on the beach and released them into the ocean. Have you ever had a little moving
turle in your hand, smaller than your palms? I had! ^.^
I went fishing for the first time. Peter took me with Amanda and Azza in his little boat. When I tried to get in, I had to do a huge step into the boat out of knee-deep water and felt because it was slippery. I felt onto the fishing rods which were in the boat and had a HUGE black bruise just under my bumb. That hurt. Ô.o And I've done the actual fishing. Not on the boat trip, but at the beach at
nighttime. Awesome, I loved it! Especially because you get heaps of bites and it is not impossible to catch something. I needed two nights to understand how the whole thing works and what I am looking for and what I have to do when I get a good bite. And then I really caught something! Sharks, man! So now I am the best shark catcher ever, I had two little baby sharks of about.. 30-50 cm? Well, we realesed them but, shark doesn't taste very good. ^.^
Oh well, just to mention a couple of the most awesome and unique things I've done on the trip! Yeah man! <3
Antonia (:

After the trip, we had to clean the car and the camper trailer Ô.o. That took about two days but especially the car looks brand-new again.
And for the new term  I changed a few things, because... well, you know that I wasn't really happy during the first term with the whole family situation. Too much Antonia.
Well, since last week I catch the bus and I really like it by now. I'm still paying in cash, but whenever I have the next oppoertunity, I'll buy a buscard. It's easier and cheaper. And there is this one boy in my bus who is in my homegroupe as well! I've never really
WARNING. ACHTUNG.
noticed him before but well, we already had a tiny conversation and I will do my very best to make friends. It's just better to have a busfriend. By catching the bus, I am not that much with Antonia anymore and I feel way more independent and I can decide more what I wanna do. You have to know, I am at 4 pm at home now not at 5 or 6 pm or whatever. Therefore I have time to do my personal stuff or even some sport or when I really need it, some studying.
Well, that is not the only thing I changed, but probably the most important one. I wear my hair now a little different: in a ponytail and my fringe is put away with some bobypins. Love it, its cooler and I don't have annoying hair in my face. ^.^ I have another
muesli and eat now every morning one cup. Not more or less. And I have a cup of milo. I discovered my love to it on the camping trip, and it satisfies my anxiety for sugar (I put two teaspoon of sugar in it ^.^). I try really hard to make some sport whenever I can. Especially because I feel way better afterwards, and if it is only
10 minutes. I dont care, every minute is good. (: I come better along with Antonia since the bus change. If she is in her bad mood, I don't have to care about it, but she is in a good mood more and more often. And then, I enjoy it and she talks freindly and respectful with me and I feel very good. (:
Ah well, all together I feel very good in the moment and enjoy
Welcome to paradise!
every hour here. It's great. (:

This Friday I slept over at Shayna's place and we went together to Gemma's birthdayparty. On Saturday, I had my first australian wedding with the whole family (exept of Wade who was working) and it was really good. I looked awesome. :D On Sunday I worked the entire day on assignments (ah yeah, they are back as well) and today I had a day off from school. It was I-don't-even-know-day and no school. Well, I finsihed the first of three questions for my maths assignment and then I got really frustrated because I have NO idea
We've fished here.
what to do for the other two. Well, I helped myself with a big bowl of 10-minutes-microwave-package-pasta and a Disney movie on youtube. It helped. I ate a lot the whole weekend, especailly today. But okay. And I had a good conversation with Pete yesterday and today. YES, I know that is not so special or anything but I was happy afterwards.

Well, now I still have 4 days left of school until the next weekend.. I
Haven't tasted one.
think I can do that. And I am really sorry for the late post. But now it's done. ^.^

Love to everybody! <3
Especially to my grandmother Omi this time. I thought so much about you the last weeks and wrote this post very special for you. <3 (:
